Description: Applicant shall perform a wide variety of highly detailed and complex program activities, with an emphasis on development, analysis, and evaluation of program statuses. Contractor shall apply general knowledge areas of Program/Project Management, such as scope and time management, cost management, quality and risk management, acquisition management, among other possible management areas when advising project managers and PMO leadership. Contractor shall develop and assess management plans and systems, including procedures, templates, databases, and program/project documents for the scheduling, control, and coordination of all activities required to accomplish program and project tasks. The Contractor shall apply the fundamentals of system acquisition management: the diverse, interrelated, and changing nature in the different disciplines of systems acquisition management; and the regulations and governing structures of systems acquisition management. Contractor shall be responsible for establishing and enforcing processes essential for successful project execution while simultaneously developing program management processes and metrics to measure success and improvement
Develop Project Control Reports.
Design, develop and support program metrics and measures for status reports and balance scorecard approaches.
Defines system objectives and design specifications.
Assesses existing systems and recommends improvements,
Participate and facilitate requirement gathering sessions.
Participate in testing efforts
